I am the director of Advodan Aalborg and Brønderslev. Additionally, I work as an attorney and partner in the company. I graduated with a law degree from Aalborg University in 2013. I have been part of the company since 2011 – initially as a student assistant, later as a legal assistant and lawyer. I became a partner/owner of the company in 2019, obtained the right of audience before the Court of Appeal in April 2023, and have been the director since January 1, 2023.

My primary focus is on advising small and medium-sized businesses, business transfers, litigation, etc. Additionally, I specialize in handling bankruptcies and cases involving bankruptcy disqualification. I am appointed as an attorney in the Danish Tax Agency's Attorney Panel, where I assist the agency in bankruptcy cases. Since 2024, I have been an assistant in bankruptcy and compulsory dissolution cases at the Bankruptcy Court in Hjørring. I am also part of the team under Business Aalborg, which assists entrepreneurs in starting their own businesses and advises startups on legal matters.

Teaching/Lecturing, etc.

For several years, I have taught various property law subjects at the law school at Aalborg University. Today, I contribute to educating and preparing law students for life as advisors through my engagement and board work in De Jurastuderendes Retshjælp, which I co-founded in 2011. I regularly give lectures on various legal topics to auditors, financial institutions, businesses, and other partners.

Networking

I enjoy participating in various networking events to achieve personal and professional development, expand my network, and meet people from different industries. Among others, I am a member of Junior Chamber International (JCI), Round Table Denmark (RT81 Aalborg), and AaB-Network.

Board Work

I am also inspired by participating in board work. I have a board education (2021) from Board Governance A/S. Involvement in the management of other companies and working with their challenges and opportunities provides inspiration and great insight into matters that are also applicable in my daily work as a lawyer. Apart from my board work at Advodan Aalborg A/S, I am engaged as chairman of the board at FlowTech A/S, and I am a member of the bank council at Spar Nord Bank - Bank Area Aalborg.

Personal

I live in Støvring, approximately 20 km south of Aalborg, with my wife and our 2 children. My free time is spent with friends and family – often over a good beer or a glass of wine. I also have a great interest and passion for music and have sung and played various instruments in different contexts since I was a child.
