Attorney Lissen A. Bengtsen is a partner and head of the succession team in Helsingør (Elsinore). Lissen is also head of the private and family law team in Helsingør (Elsinore).

Lissen has a law degree from the University of Copenhagen in 1981 and she has been with Advodan since 1981. She became partner in 1995.

Lissen has extensive practical experience and expertise in advising clients in succession and inheritance with primary focus on small and medium sized business owners. Lissen and her team draft wills after a thorough examination and profound counselling of the clients and their need.

In addition, Lissen has extensive practical experience within liquidation, estate administration, insurance law, law of damages, division of property, parental responsibilities and other family law matters.

Lissen is a member of The Danish Bar and Law Society. Further Lissen is a member of Advodan’s Inheritance and Estate Administration Committee.
