Attorney Mette Asmussen works in the business / corporate team in Helsingør (Elsinore). Mette also works for the litigation and arbitration team in Helsingør (Elsinore).

Mette has a law degree from the University of Copenhagen in 2011 and she has been with Advodan since 2011.

Mette has extensive practical experience and expertise in advising clients in doing business in Denmark with primary focus on small and medium sized businesses. She has assisted in many company acquisitions including cross-border transactions, and she advises clients in a broad range of corporate law, M&A and general business matters.

In addition, Mette has extensive practical experience within commercial contracts, contractors, litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution matters.

Mette is a member of The Danish Bar and Law Society.
