I am part of the commercial team at Advodan Glostrup Copenhagen, where I advise and assist small and medium-sized businesses with matters including company formations, restructurings, business transfers, owner agreements, and business consultancy, especially in relation to challenges in intellectual property rights. Additionally, I help companies with drafting and negotiating contracts, including collaboration agreements, licensing agreements, and contracts related to customer and supplier relationships.

Experience with contracts

I have extensive experience in contract work. A good agreement arises from close collaboration with the company, ensuring that all relevant matters are addressed and managed effectively. Previously, I worked in the Innovation Department at the Technical University of Denmark, where I assisted DTU’s researchers and innovation partnerships in establishing a secure foundation for the commercial exploitation of their knowledge.

Personal data and compliance

Furthermore, I provide advice on personal data and hold an international certification as a Data Protection Officer (CIPP/E). I also advise on compliance in relation to anti-money laundering legislation and whistleblower schemes, as well as handling reports.
