With a background as a legal advisor in a ministry, and as a chief consultant in a medium-sized municipality, I, as a lawyer, have extensive experience and a good understanding of both public and private regulations within real estate, including administrative legal requirements for authority processing. As a particular niche, I have in-depth knowledge of planning, building, and environmental law, as well as municipal law, which I have worked with – both from within as a legal advisor in a municipality and as a lawyer. Additionally, I have considerable experience with public tenders for real estate, infrastructure management agreements, expropriation, project development agreements, easements, and rights of way.

My clients benefit from my broad knowledge of real estate regulation, whether it's as part of a real estate transaction, a tenancy law case, a specific project involving a property, strategic considerations in relation to opportunities and limitations within a specific legal area, or in connection with larger urban development projects, which I also deal with.

I also conduct litigation for both public and private parties, primarily within real estate.
