As head of the M&A team at the Copenhagen office Torben is a well-known profile within M&A in the area of small and medium sized enterprises, and in his +25-year career he has headed several transactions. In addition to rendering advice on mergers and acquisitions, Torben specializes in company law and directorships. 

Torben represents a wide range of clients from various industries, including both Danish and non-Danish enterprises. Torben is renowned for his in-depth legal insight combined with commercial understanding and strategic skills, making him a sought-after negotiator with one clear purpose of always serving the client. 

Alongside the M&A Torben has extensive experience in contractual documentation such as transfer and shareholder’s agreements and real estate transactions including drafting of leases.

Torben serves as a director in more than 20 Danish and international companies.
