General
I am a managing partner and affiliated with our Private Team. I specialize in family and inheritance law, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, division of property, custody, residence, visitation rights, and cases involving forced removal of children. Additionally, I provide counsel on inheritance and wills, and I am involved in estate administration.
Many of my clients are based in Copenhagen, and therefore I also work in and from Copenhagen.
Approach to Work
For me, the most important aspect is to listen to and understand each client's needs and objectives and to achieve results within the given legal framework.
Other an Previous Employment
I am included in the list of lawyers approved by the Ministry of Children and Social Affairs for cases involving international child abduction. Since 2017, I have been a member of the Danish Bar and Bench Council and serve as the chair of the Ministry of Justice's training committee. I also sit on the Rules and Supervision Committee and the Response Committee. Additionally, I am on the board of Crisis Center Medusa. Previously, I worked as a legal advisor in the private sector and also have a background in banking
