I am a partner affiliated with our Corporate Team. Since 1998, I have exclusively focused on the field of commercial law, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial real estate, and board governance.

With significant experience in board governance, including currently holding approximately 20 board positions, I serve as both a consultant and dedicated advisor on a daily basis to a wide range of businesses regarding both legal and commercial matters, as well as overall operations

Approach to work 

I am solution and result-oriented, always focused on finding the best possible commercial and sustainable solutions for our clients. While I have a solid legal foundation in my field, I am very aware that legal tools alone are rarely sufficient

Other and previous employment

Over the past 20 years, I have held over 50 board positions, serving as chairman or board member, in commercial enterprises and business foundations. The business landscape has been diverse and has contributed to both fundamental insights and specialized knowledge in various areas.
