About Tina
I'm an attorney-at-law at Advodan Lolland-Falster and my areas of expertise are family law, cases regarding forced placement of children, law of inheritance, law regarding leasing of buildings and more generally private law. I am cand.jur and therefore have a masters in law and I've been a part of Advodan Lolland-Falster since 2012.
I primarily proceed cases in court regarding custody of children, and often partake in meetings at Familieretshuset.
I also deal with division of property on seperation or divorce, just like I advice my clients on last wills and prenuptial agreements.
Attorney-at-law for both tenant and landlord
With years of experience within the field of leasing of buildings I've represented both tenants and landlords in negotiations and meetings, the Rent Committee and the court regarding housing and buildings.
It is of utmost importance to me that I explain the law in a way that my client always understands the process as well as the details in the case. It is even more important in cases regarding family law as there has to be a bond of trust between the attorney and client.
I distribute my time between alle three of our offices.
Experience
Before I was an attorney-at-law at Advodan Lolland-Falster, I used to be an employee at the Ministry of Education which gave a unique and detailed insigt within the legislative process, the political system and great experience with administrative law.
Private
I live in Nykøbing F. together with my husband and our two children. When I'm off work there's no place I'd rather be than together with them.
