About Fatma
As a specialised bankruptcy lawyer, I have worked on numerous bankruptcy estates, consistently handling a significant number of bankruptcy disqualification and avoidance cases.
I obtained certification as a bankruptcy lawyer in spring 2019. This certification ensures professional handling through strict requirements for documented experience, continuous specialisation, and integrity in our approach to the task.
When dealing with bankruptcy cases, I particularly emphasize creating a quick overview of the case for efficient deciphering of the core issues and a streamlined process with respect for the various stakeholders – from start to finish.
I represent the Debt Agency in the court in Næstved, being part of the Debt Agency's legal panel and serving as the court's permanent assistant in compulsory dissolution cases. I lead the firm's bankruptcy law department and I am responsible for overseeing the firm’s handling of bankruptcy cases and the training of case handlers and legal assistants.
Immigration Law
I provide specialised advice across all areas of immigration law, including asylum, family reunification, residence permits for work/study, residence permits under EU regulations, visas, citizenship, and revocation of residence permits.
As a specialist lawyer in immigration law, I am actively involved in the Association of Immigration Lawyers and represent asylum seekers as an appointed lawyer in the Refugee Board.
Personal Injury Compensation
With experience in personal injury compensation cases, I assist individuals in their compensation claims arising from work-related injuries, traffic accidents, slip and fall incidents, medical malpractice, and more.
I focus on elevating my professional expertise in tort law, being a member of the Danish Bar Association’s section for Tort and Insurance Law, and continually working to strengthen my advisory position in the field.
I reside in Næstved and actively participate in various business networks.
