About Mikkel
I am a lawyer at Advodan in Næstved, dealing with a wide range of cases, including dispute resolution, tenancy law, construction law, and the buying and selling of real estate.
Dispute Resolution
I specialize in handling dispute resolution cases, primarily representing clients in civil courts, arbitration panels, and other dispute resolution forums from start to finish. My work involves exploring the legal issues and organizing case proceedings in alignment with the client's interests. In addressing disputes, my approach is initially geared towards finding an amicable solution that aligns with the client's perspective. If a settlement is not achievable, I assist in pursuing the case through to its conclusion with the aim of obtaining the best possible outcome for my client.
Tenancy Law
Furthermore, I have expertise in tenancy law, providing comprehensive advice in the realm of residential tenancies for both landlords and tenants. This includes advising on the preparation of lease agreements with specific terms, as well as handling disputes between landlords and tenants regarding lease conditions, property condition, and termination of lease agreements. Additionally, I assist in eviction cases on behalf of both tenants and landlords.
I also offer legal counsel to larger housing associations, providing guidance on general matters related to tenancy law and handling associated legal cases.
Real Estate
I offer guidance and manage disputes in real estate matters, covering a broad spectrum from advising on and reviewing transaction documents when clients make their significant property purchases to handling post-purchase disputes between buyers and sellers over property defects, conflicts with neighbours regarding trees, fences, and boundaries, and other related disputes pertaining to real estate.
My work also involves handling cases related to defects in real estate, both in new construction and renovations, before civil courts and arbitration panels.
