In addressing disputes, my approach is initially geared towards finding an amicable solution that aligns with the client's perspective. If a settlement is not achievable, I assist in pursuing the case through to its conclusion with the aim of obtaining the best possible outcome for my client.

Furthermore, I have expertise in tenancy law, providing comprehensive advice in the realm of residential tenancies for both landlords and tenants. This includes advising on the preparation of lease agreements with specific terms, as well as handling disputes between landlords and tenants regarding lease conditions, property condition, and termination of lease agreements. Additionally, I assist in eviction cases on behalf of both tenants and landlords.
