Contracts, corporate relations, and business transfers

I typically advise owners and management of owner-managed businesses on their ongoing contract matters, necessary changes in their corporate relationships (establishment of companies, changes in group relationships, shareholder agreements, mergers, spin-offs), and I assist them throughout the process of buying and selling businesses.

Residential and commercial properties

I provide guidance and assistance to both private individuals and business operators in the purchase and sale of residential, commercial, and investment properties, including agricultural properties.

Foreclosures and bankruptcies

I oversee the firm's foreclosure department and serve regularly as a curator in several bankruptcy estates.

Network and local involvement

I reside in Næstved and actively participate in various professional networks. I am, for instance, the chairman of Advodan's real estate committee.

I regularly meet with my collaborators and clients in various commercial networks, including the TFN Business Club. Therefore, you can always find me at Næstved Arena when the basketball team is playing.
