As a certified board lawyer and a member of the Danish Board Lawyers association, I serve as the chairman and member of various boards in business enterprises and foundations, including the role of chairman for the Slagelse Business Council.

I also possess substantial expertise in all facets of construction, trading, leasing, and real estate development, including commercial properties. My specialization lies in tenant law, commercial leasing law, cooperative housing law, property management, cooperatives, homeowners' associations, and more.
