Jens Iversen is partner in Advodan Slagelse and active in Commercial and Estateteam, and primarily deals with business law, wills and successions, insolvency law, and is authorized executor and appointed by the District Court of Næstved in criminal cases.

Jens is a Master of Law from 1988, and has been employed independently since 1990.

Focus on business

The focus is especially on company law, contractual concession, contracts, litigation and insolvency law, and understanding and insight into the client's situation as a basis for targeted, solution-oriented and prompt advice.

Boardmember

Jens actively participates in several boards of companies and foundations and has great experience in implementing strategic processes and management of the board. In addition, Jens has been a member of many boards in the horse world, among others being president of an international horse organization for 8 years.

Hobby

Used primarily for the operation of the farms Jens is running with his wife with about 30 Icelandic Horses and participating in high-level competitions, including participation in World and Nordic Championships several times.
