Louise Lecanda is leading the corporate law team at Advodan Slagelse. Louise has a masters degree in Law from University of Copenhagen, sha has been an attorney at law since 2005 and partner since 2008.

Based on more than 12 years experience of counselling corporations and businesses, Louise has a thorough knowledge of most legal issues pertaining to small and medium sized businesses and their owners. Louise is experienced in the fields of contract law, m&a, corporate law, cross border transactions and agreements.

Louise is the Chairman of the Board at Advodan A/S and has several other board positions in businesses and commercial foundations.

Expert on Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

Louise has obtained the recognized certification CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe), which is an ISO accredited certification within the legal aspects of the European Data Protection regulation. On the basis of this certification, Louise is advising businesses on data protection issues, focusing on helping businesses with concrete measures and practical solutions, with the goal of obtaining compliance with the GDPR.

International advisor

Louise is advising Danish and foreign businesses on corporate international agreements of all sorts. She has a widespread network of attorneys and advisors in many parts of the world, and uses her network to help Danish businesses resolve different corporate issues abroad. Furthermore, Louise is advising foreign businesses about Danish legal issues, e.g. corporate law, emplyment law etc.

As an active member of International Bar Association and ABA International Law Section, Louise is keeping her network and her knowledge of corporate law issues abroad updated.
