About Martin
As a lawyer in the provinces, my expertise spans a broad spectrum. For over 20 years, I have been extensively involved in real estate transactions, business transfers, property divisions, legal proceedings, and conflict resolution. Both residential and commercial tenancy law are within my specialization.
I also handle divorces, forced auctions, debt collection, employment law, construction law, corporate law, wills, enduring powers of attorney, and estate administration. Additionally, I hold positions on several boards, including Sjællandske Medier and Østsjællands Museum.
Admitted to the High Court
Since 2001, I have had admission to the High Court and have been handling civil lawsuits in the district courts and high court since my early days as a legal assistant.
Background
I obtained my legal degree in 1995. For the initial 3½ years, I worked as a legal assistant/lawyer at the law firm Kragh & Marcussen in Nykøbing Falster (now Advodan). Since 1998, I have been a lawyer, and since 2000, a co-owner of the same firm in Store Heddinge.
